	American Specialty Toy Retailers Association (ASTRA): ASTRA is a membership-based organization of hundreds of toy stores, toy manufacturers and importers, and toy representatives united by their commitment to produce and sell high quality, durable, and enriching toys for children. ASTRA members' every day business is caring about how children play. ASTRA believes that toys that are carefully made and thoughtfully sold can make a difference, not only in the way that children play, but in how they learn and grow.
	Downtown State College Improvement District (DSCID): The mission of the Downtown State College Improvement District is to provide a safe, clean environment and to enhance the image of downtown to encourage people to live, work, play and visit in downtown State College.
