WISH LIST
Growing Tree Toys knows that when you visit our website, you are sometimes shopping for now and sometimes shopping for later. So, when you find that perfect item that you do not need to buy right away, you can add it to your Wish List!

You can use your current account at Growing Tree Toys to access the Wish List while shopping – and, if you do not have an account, you just have to create one in order to take advantage of this helpful feature. Once logged in, you can add any toy to your Wish List by clicking the “Add to Wish List” button on the product’s page, and the toy will automatically be added to your Wish List.

The Wish List is a wonderful resource that helps you with all your toy shopping needs – when you are in your Wish List, you can save toys for later purchase, move them to your shopping cart to buy, or delete them if you no longer need them. A great way to keep all of your future toy purchases organized in one play, the Growing Tree Toys Wish List is like a wish come true for toy shoppers!

While our checkout process is safe and secure, you certainly do not have to make a purchase online only – you can call us directly to place your order over the phone. One of our customer service representatives would be happy to help you with your phone order, so feel free to call us at 800-372-9982 to place your order.

SHOPPING CART
After searching though our many amazing toys, you have found the toys you want – great! Adding these products to our shopping cart is easy: on a product page, enter the quantity and click “Add to Cart,” and you will be directed to the shopping cart page where you will see the item in the cart. From there, you can continue shopping or decide to continue with checkout. Should you continue to shop, you can always return easily to the Shopping Cart by clicking the link in the upper right hand corner of the site.

Once you have finished shopping and have all of the desired contents in your cart – each selected with gift wrap, if applicable – you can click the “Checkout” button to purchase your items with our simple checkout process.

CHECKOUT
Once you have decided to purchase your items, our checkout process makes it quick and easy to complete the transaction and carry on with your busy day. If you do not have any items for gift wrap, the process is only 3 steps; if you have a toy or toys to wrap, we add a Gift Options page to assist you with these important details.

The first page, the Billing/Shipping Addresses page, allows you to enter the addresses required for your purchase. If you already have an account, you can log in at the top of the page; if you don’t have an account, you have the option of creating one during checkout or purchasing your order without creating an account.

After this page, you will be directed to the Gift Options page if you have an item to wrap. If you do not, then the next step is the Shipping Methods page, where you can review the different shipping options, timelines, and costs for the shipment of your package. We try to give you as much information as possible so you will know the anticipated arrival of a package for each shipping method, making it easy to determine how to send your order.

The last page, the Submit Order page, is where you enter your payment information and review all of the details of your order. If you find that something is incorrect, or you wish to change any part of your order, you can go back easily in the checkout process to fix the error. When you are ready to complete the order, click the “Submit Order” button only once, and you will see an Order Confirmation page when the order has been processed. At the same time, we will send you an order confirmation email with all of your order details.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Growing Tree Toys accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express for credit card payment. Customers also have the option of using PayPal checkout for their order, as well as a Growing Tree Toys Gift Card.

SALES TAX
We are required by law to charge a sales tax of 6% on all orders shipped to the state of Pennsylvania. If your order is shipped outside of Pennsylvania, you will not be charged sales tax on the order.

REDEMPTION CODES
Lucky you! If you have a promotional code or discount code for a purchase on our site, enter this code in the appropriate place on the last page of checkout, the Submit Order page. After entering the code, click the “Recalculate” button to see your new order total, and then enter your payment details to complete the transaction.

PAYPAL
Growing Tree Toys allows customers to use PayPal checkout as another way of purchasing toys from our website. As with any PayPal account purchase, you can use your credit card, debit card, bank account, or PayPal account balance to complete the transaction. A safe and secure method, offering PayPal checkout is another way we try to make purchasing toys as easy as possible for customers!

To use PayPal for your order, you can either checkout with this option from the Shopping Cart or choose it as a form of payment on the last page of checkout, the Submit Order page. When purchasing using PayPal, you will be redirected to paypal.com to complete your payment.

GIFT CARDS
In addition to using standard credit cards or PayPal for purchase, customers can pay for their order using a Growing Tree Toys Gift Card. If you are lucky enough to have a gift card, you can select this form of payment on the last page of checkout, the Submit Order page.

If the purchase is less than the total amount on the card, your remaining balance can be used for future purchases on our site or in our State College, PA store location. If the amount on your gift card does not cover the entire purchase amount, you will be informed of the remaining balance you owe for the order. BACKORDERS
We want you to know that when you place an order with us, you are going to get the item you want when you want it, which is why we have our In Stock Guarantee. If you can place an item in your cart, that item is in stock and ready to ship. On the very rare chance that a backorder occurs – our fulfillment rate is 99.9% - we will contact you immediately via email or phone to inform you of this situation. Since you have to wait for the item to return to stock and the error is on our part, once the item is back in stock, you will receive the toy for FREE! That’s right – there is no charge for the item, and we will ship it to you as soon as it returns into stock.

If your order has more than one item, and one of the items is on backorder, we will ship the available items right away and contact you regarding the backordered item. But the same guarantee applies – the backordered item will be free and ship when it is in stock.

ORDER STATUS
You can check the status of your order with your account at Growing Tree Toys or the Track Order page on our website. If you login to your account, the order history will include information on your current order; or, if you provide your order number, billing zip code and email address at the Track Order page, you can also track the status. Your order will have the following stages:

 

  • Pending: Your order and credit card are being processed.
  • Processing: Your order is being picked and prepared for shipment. Please Note: Growing Tree Toys typically ships order within 24 hours of purchase. Direct Ship items can process for 3-7 business days prior to shipment.
  • Shipped: Your order has been shipped and the tracking information is available. You will also receive a tracking email with a tracking number.

ORDER EMAILS
We love to keep you informed about your order! Although all emails regarding an order are automatically generated, that does not always mean our customers receive them: please be sure to add orders@growingtreetoys.com to your address book or email safe list to ensure you receive all notification regarding your current order. Growing Tree Toys does not use the email address provided for an order for any other forms of communication, so you do not have to worry about constantly hearing from us – we just want to make sure you receive these important order-related emails.

Order Confirmation Email: Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email that outlines all of your order details. You can also review this information by logging into your account, if applicable. Please review the order confirmation email upon receipt, and feel free to contact us if you notice any problems or need to make a change.

Order Tracking Email: Once Growing Tree Toys ships your order, you will receive an order tracking email with the carrier information and the tracking number in order to track the status of your shipment. You can also review this information by logging into your account, if applicable. To track your package using the tracking number provided, please visit one of these four carrier websites:

DHL Tracking: www.dhl-usa.com

Once you know your order number, you can find out your tracking number any time after shipment through the Track Order page on our website!

CANCELING AN ORDER
We know, it happens. The order that seemed to make sense at 2 am after a long day of child care, the gift you order only to find out hours later the child has the item, or the fact that you just sometimes change your mind: we know there are a multitude of reasons to cancel an order. Growing Tree Toys is happy to cancel any order that we receive prior to the shipment of that order. But remember, we try to ship our orders quickly to make customers happy, so you might only have a few hours prior to shipment to cancel an order.

Should you decide to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@growingtreetoys.com or 800-372-9982, and we will do everything possible to cancel that order.

If we are unable to cancel your order because it has shipped, please see our Returns section for information on how to send us back the item for a refund if you still do not want the order.

PURCHASE ORDERS
Growing Tree Toys is happy to accept purchase orders from schools, school districts, non-profit organizations, and other institutions. If you wish to use a corporate card, you can simply order online and print the order confirmation page as a receipt.
