Growing Tree Toys wants to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you would like to make a return, we offer a 30-day, money-back guarantee on all purchases, excluding shipping and handling charges, provided the toy has not been played with and is in its original packaging.

RETURNING ITEMS
Growing Tree Toys wants to make returns as easy and painless as possible. HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Returning a package to us is easy – just follow our 3 easy steps!

  1. Complete Sections A, B and C (if necessary) on the Easy Returns Form (located on the back of your Packing List).
  2. Box up the new, unused toy (in its original packaging), along with the Easy Returns Form, in a mail-safe container.
  3. Mail the package via a traceable method such as DHL, FedEx, UPS or USPS to the following address:

RETURNING A GIFT
We know that sometimes children receive a duplicate gift or a toy that is not age appropriate, and we want to make those returns easy too! When returning a gift to Growing Tree Toys, please select the “Send Me a Gift Card” option of Section B of the Easy Returns Form. When we receive the return, we will issue you a gift card in the amount of the returned merchandise.

EXCHANGING AN ITEM
Growing Tree Toys is happy to help customers when they wish to return an item that they have received for another toy on our website. Unfortunately, due to a quickly turning inventory and our desire to keep backorders to a minimum, we do not offer a standard exchange process with the return of an item. In order to exchange one toy for another, you first must return the original item and select the “Send Me a Gift Card” option of Section B of the Easy Returns Form. When we receive the return, we will issue you a gift card in the amount of the returned merchandise, which you may then use to purchase the item you desire.

MERCHANDISE CREDIT
Growing Tree Toys issues Merchandise Credit Cards for returned or damaged items. A Merchandise Credit Card works exactly the same as a standard Gift Card at both the retail location and online at www.growingtreetoys.com. RETURNING A DIRECT SHIP ITEM
Although direct ship items ship from the toy’s manufacturer, all direct ship items that need returned must be sent to Growing Tree Toys and not returned to the manufacturer. Please include a completed Easy Returns Form (click to access form) and follow our return instructions.

RETURNING A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM
We always hope that our toys arrive to you in perfect working condition, but sometimes, they just do not operate as expected. When this happens, please contact us immediately at 800-372-9982 or orders@growingtreetoys.com to discuss the problem. To expedite the process, we ask that you have your order number handy, as well as the details of the problem. Often times, we are able to send out replacement parts or fix the problem; but when we cannot, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for you to use to return the item to us for a replacement or a full refund.

HOLIDAY RETURNS
Growing Tree Toys understands that you may buy holiday gifts early and hold onto them for weeks before giving them as gifts – this makes a 30-day return policy difficult! For this reason, we offer an extended return policy during the holiday season. Any toy purchased after October 15th can be returned until January 31st of the following year. This extension gives you plenty of time to shop prior to the holidays, and plenty of time to return an item after the holiday season.
