SHIPPING CARRIERS
Growing Tree Toys ships packages with a number of carriers, but primarily sends shipments with UPS. All PO Boxes, APO, and FPO shipments are sent via the US Postal Service. The order tracking email clearly outlines the form of shipment for your order so you can easily track the package.

SHIPPING RATES
Growing Tree Toys tries to provide you with the most economical shipping costs possible for our different forms of delivery. While you can select different methods of shipping during checkout, you will always know the estimated cost of ground shipping for the items you have in your shopping cart prior to starting the checkout process, so there are no surprises!

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES
Growing Tree Toys carries some oversize or heavy items, for which we apply additional shipping charges due to the large expense of shipping these items. If an item does require additional shipping, this shipping charge will be outlined on the product’s page, in the shopping cart and during checkout, so you will know when the item includes this charge and the exact amount of the additional shipping you will pay for the item.

SHIPPING TIMES
We try to get orders out of our warehouse as quickly as possible because we know many include gifts or lucky children are awaiting their arrival anxiously! We guarantee that in stock items ship from our warehouse within 24 hours, with orders placed before 12:00 pm EST shipping that same day! If we do not ship your order placed before 12:00 pm EST that same day, then we will upgrade your order to the next shipping level for FREE! Our shipping guarantee only applies to in stock items, and it does not apply to direct ship items.

During checkout, you will be able to see the different shipping methods and their costs in order to determine which method will be best for your order. Our shipping methods and delivery times are:

Growing Tree Toys ships in stock orders from our warehouse in State College, PA, so many orders being delivered to PA, NY, VT, NH, MA, RI, CT, NJ, DE, MD, VA, NC, SC, GA, AL, TN, KY, OH, IN, IL, MI, WI, MO can generally expect 2 business days for ground delivery. Ground shipping is not guaranteed – so, if you absolutely need the shipment in 2 business days, please select the 2nd Day Air option. Please remember that shipping days are based on business days, which do not include weekends or holidays.

Please Note: Direct ship items do not ship from Growing Tree Toys, but the toy’s manufacturer, so they take 3-7 business days to process prior to shipment.

SHIPPING PROBLEMS
Growing Tree Toys makes every effort to get packages to you within the timeframe outlined during checkout, but sometimes, packages do not arrive in a timely manner. We offer our In Stock Guarantee and Same Day Shipping because we ship your order quickly, but sometimes packages can experience a few problems in transit.

Often times, when there is a shipping problem, packages have been mis-delivered or delivered to a neighbor, returned due to delivery failure, or damaged in transit. If the tracking number indicates that the package was delivered, please check with neighbors and other family members regarding delivery. Please also check the exterior of your home – sometimes, packages are left at side doors, on porches, near or in a garage, or even behind bushes.

If a package is returned to us because it is deemed undeliverable, we will contact you right away regarding this problem. Often times, an address is incorrect, and we can make the change and get the package out right away, if that is what you desire.

If you discover a different error upon tracking your package or cannot locate a package that was delivered, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@growingtreetoys.com or 800-372-9982, and we will do everything possible to remedy the situation. Often times, we do not know that there has been a delivery issue until we hear from you – so contact us!

SHIPPING DIRECT SHIP ITEMS
Items with a "DS" at the end of the item number indicate toys that Growing Tree Toys does not stock in our warehouse, but that are shipped directly to you from the toy's manufacturer.

As a result, Direct Ship Items are not available for expedited shipping and will ship in 3-7 business days from the manufacturer. This information will be outlined on the product’s page and during the checkout process, since this item is only available for ground shipping.

As soon as the manufacturer ships the item and provides us with the tracking number and carrier, you will receive an order tracking email with this information. Manufacturers may ship their products using UPS, FedEx, USPS or DHL, and we will notify you of the method in your tracking email.

In addition, Growing Tree Toys cannot gift wrap or provide a gift message with direct ship items. Direct Ship Items may ship in packaging that reveals the contents of the box; so if the item is a gift, be on the lookout for the delivery so the gift recipient will still be surprised!

Please Note: Direct Ship items are not available to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO’s and FPO’s at this time.

SHIPPING TO APO’S AND FPO’S
Growing Tree Toys proudly ships all in stock items to both APO’s and FPO’s via the US Postal Service. Unfortunately, these US Postal Service shipments can take almost two weeks longer than the outlined shipping times to reach their destinations, even when using an expedited shipping method.

To ship a package to an APO or FPO, please include the grade, full name with middle name or initial, the PSC number, unit number, or ship name of the recipient. In the “City” field, please type either APO or FPO; in the “State” field, please select AA (Armed Forces of America), AE (Armed Forces Europe), or AP (Armed Forces Pacific); and then use the appropriate zip code for the location in the “Zip Code” field.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We will gladly ship your order internationally!  Simply select the "international shipping" button in your shopping cart and you will be directed to our international shipping partner Bongo to complete your order.  Follow the steps to make a purchase and have your order delivered to an international destination.

SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS
Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot ship the contents of one order to multiple locations. If you have items that need to go to separate addresses, you will have to place multiple orders. Check back soon – we are working on improving the website to allow for shipments to multiple locations.

Please note that not all items are available for international shipping, so if an item in your shopping cart does not appear in your Bongo shopping cart, it is not available for international shipping.  In addition, discounts are not applicable to orders shipped internationally.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
To help make tracking your order easy, Growing Tree Toys allows you to track your order on our website. Visit our Track Order page, enter your order number, billing zip code and email address, and the tracking number for your order will appear for easy access and tracking of a shipment.

Upon order shipment, Growing Tree Toys sends an order tracking email with the carrier information and the tracking number, if applicable, in order to track the status of your shipment. You can also review this information by logging into your account, if applicable. To track your package using the tracking number provided, please visit one of these 4 carrier websites:
