Chickyboom Game
Description
Have you ever seen a perch of chickens go boom? With the wooden Chickyboom Game from Blue Orange Games, kids will see chickens both big and small rocking and rolling on their precious perch in this game of skill and luck! The object of the game is to remove the multi-sized chickens, wagon wheels, and hay bales off of the perch before it crashes to the ground - sounds simple, right? Wrong! As players remove pieces to earn points and block their opponents' chance of success, the balance of the perch is affected and at some point will fall. The player that causes the perch to fall loses five points from their game total. The player with the most points - which means the player with the most "balance" - wins this nerve-racking game of skill, patience, and precision. Chickyboom is perfect for developing fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Game contents include 6 wooden chickens (3 big, 3 small), 7 wooden hay bales, 7 wooden wagon wheels, 1 wooden wobbling perch, and illustrated rules. For 2 to 4 players.

Review:
My daughters (2 and 5 at the time) received this from the grandparents the same time they received Pengoloo. My father-in-law purchased these games from a school supply store, which I only mention to point out that educators appreciate these games, as well! It is very colorful and fantastic quality. Cute and well-made. I will say my younger daughter does not yet have the fine motor skills to play this game well - she much prefers to knock it down. But my now six year old loves it and can play it again and again.
