Hand-crafted from cream colored basswood and coated with non-toxic ink, the Classic Alphabet Blocks Set from Uncle Goose Toys is an heirloom quality blocks set that kids love! Reproduced from an early 1900’s pattern, these blocks feature letters, math symbols, numerals 0 to 9, arithmetic symbols, animal images and 2 embossed sides. The name of each numeral and animal are printed at the bottom of the block to help children learn to spell each word. The Classic Alphabet Blocks Set also includes an Heirloom Booklet that contains block care instructions, safety information and places to document handing down the blocks to succeeding generations. Blocks measures 1.75" cubed.

My daughter is very into animals, so I love all of the different ones on these. We had two sets of blocks, and I ended up separating them and putting the other ones away because she liked these ones so much more. Building towers and knocking them down lasts longer when you can take breaks to make animal sounds.
