We haven't used these in a doll house or anything, just independently. So while I can't speak to how they are for that, they are the perfect size to keep in my purse and great as a distraction while shopping or at a restaurant. The bendable legs are fun and my 2 year old enjoys trying to get them to stand up in crazy positions. I do wish the baby had a way to stay strapped to the mom with a carrier or something, because we are constantly losing it!

This family set is cute and has been an OK purchase. The figures are bendable and have been given names so I think it was worth getting. The downside is they did not fit the playground that I had also purchased so they are being used on other toys, which is OK but not what they were intended for. They are suppose to fit other doll accessories so BE SURE to read the fine print on that !!!
