Bought this for my daughter's upcoming birthday. It was easy to assemble and I love that it is made of wood - I would much rather pass a wooden toy down through generations than a plastic one. We purchased a separate set of pirate figures to be played with on the ship. My daughter is going to be absolutely thrilled with this toy.
