Our two-year old doesn't "get" this yet, but we purchased it before he was born to serve as a decorative part of his room until he enjoys it as a toy! Nice bright color and it is extremely well-constructed.

Review:
This has never gotten a lot of play despite my daughter's love for counting things. But it is constructed well and the colors are so pretty. I have never been able to pack it away because even if it isn't played with, it looks so lovely.

My son received something like this when he was young and now I have this one for my grand daughter. It is a great way to teach counting and colors while also working on dexterity. I highly recommend it.
