When this item arrived, I was so excited to see what it looked like "in person" because it was so cute on the website. Imagine my sadness when I opened the box and there was no smurf inside... only the bed! However, I must give huge kudos to GTT's customer service, because they immediately responded to my email, advised they would get me a new one right out, and even assured me they'd check the box before sending to make certain the smurf was included. A few days later, when the replacement arrived and I opened it up, I fell in love with the sleeping smurf. He may be the cutest one I have! When I assembled the bed and placed him on it, I actually clapped with delight. This is a WONDERFUL addition to my collection.
