Description
The Sleeping Queens Game from Gamewright is like an Alice in Wonderland game - there is a Queen of Pancakes, a King of Cookies, and much more! The game is the wonderful invention of 6 yr old Miranda Evarts, all thought up when she was trying to sleep. With this game, the Pancake Queen, Ladybug Queen and 10 of their friends are under a sleeping spell, and the players have to wake them up. To do so, players have to use strategy, quick thinking, and pray for luck to rouse the sleeping queens, whether they play a knight to steal the queen or take their chance on a juggling jester. But, the deck of this game also features wicked potions and dastardly dragons that can get in the way. But, the player who wakes the most queens is the winner! Includes 79 cards and instructions. For 2-5 players.

Review:
Created by kids, this card game has become a family favorite. Despite the recommended age level, my children began playing this at 5 years and we have given it to many friends. The illustrations on the cards are wonderful.
