We purchased our Elf on a Shelf after Christmas last year, so to be honest, we haven't yet put it to use. But, upon arrival, I did check it out, and find it to be adorable with a wonderful vintage feel. I love that this product has the potential to become a long-lasting tradition and family heirloom. And I know my daughters will love the notion of playing finding the Elf's hiding place throughout the holiday season. Wonderful idea.
