I purchased the Shrinky Dinks Book from Growing Tree Toys in anticipation of having my young niece stay with us for two weeks! I only have boys, so wanted to make sure we had plenty of "girl" stuff in the house to do. I remember Shrinky Dinks from when I was young and thought it would be worth a try. We had a great time! It was fun and easy to do . . . and my niece enjoyed creating artistic projects with the Shrinky Dinks once they were done. We made greeting cards and jewelry . . . and decorated picture frames. Shrinky Dinks are a great "rainy day" project idea.
