We bought this toy for our son when he was around 15 months old. He had a lot of fun pushing or pulling the toy around the house. It definitely helped him improve walking and other motor skills. We love that it's colorful and appeals to our active toddler. The sound does appear to be noisy at times but my son never gets tired of it. We've taught him to pull it gently when someone else in the family is asleep. The only thing we think the toy needs to improve on is its durability. The handle may get detached from the base after extensive use, but can be placed back in with good adhesive for wood.

I love this toy, even though somehow it tends to be used most when we are needing a little quiet time! But the rolling and clacking sound, though quite loud, is still pleasant. It has been used regularly for over a year and still looks brand new also.
