There is plenty to look out, see, and do with this toy. Our little one was only three months when he got this, but he absolutely loved the big eyes and mirror on the toy. Now that he is a month older he like to play more with the squeaker that is hanging and hear the noise. He is starting to use the one piece as a teether too and testing it out. Olivia has so many interactive pieces I think she will be a favorite for a long time.
I grew up playing with Playmobil and loved it. It hasn't changed in quality at all, but just keeps giving more and more variety. It's great for the kids to be able to play and create a house with a cat tree just like their own. We will buying more as gifts soon.
What a great toy. We have one hanging on our play gym and it is one of the favorites of our little guy. He loves that there is a part he can stick his hand through and grab and even put in his mouth. The color is nice and cheerful and the toy is easy to hang in a variety of places.
I just got these for our soon to be 3 month old for Easter. I had to find something with a bunny and didn't want a just plain stuffed animal. I like that each one does something different- squeak, rattle, crinkle and a mirror. The pictures on the sides are cute and so far he has liked to watch them fall when stacked, but has not done much else with them. I wish the bunny head at least would come off the bag to be a toy too, but it makes a cute carrier with the head and tail. I'm not sure if they are the best value for the price either, since I know there are similar blocks and I think with these you are partly paying for the cute bag. I would buy them again though and hope in a few weeks to see them enjoyed even more.
Absolutely love having a play mat! Our little one is so excited to lay on his back and kick and swat the toys and is even learning to grab them slowly. He enjoys his tummy time on the mat too. This is one of the best toys and gives me 15 minutes here and there to keep an eye on him while I fix dinner or do a little cleaning and then come back and play with him. Play gyms are a must have I think for a little one, lots to do, see and hear.
We received the Octotunes as a gift and it has been a wonderful toy. Our little one loves the bright colors and when you squeeze the legs to make different noises. We keep it on the floor next to where we change his diaper, so if he gets upset when he first lays down we can make a few noises with Octotunes and he is good to go and smiling happy again. We play with it on the floor a lot too and it came with a couple of songs that you can sing with the right colors for the tune. I'm still working on getting that right, but he doesn't care. I point out the different colors and he loves staring at the face with the big eyes or if I hold it over his head and he can just see the bottom of the toy. Very glad this was given to us and I'm sure it will be used for several years to come and he will be able to do more and more with it as he gets bigger.
We got the music inchworm as a shower gift. Our little has had fun listening to all the sounds and the tune it plays since he was just a couple of weeks old. Now at almost 3 months old he is starting to enjoy the different textures and colors even more. Great to have so many different things in one toy.
Olivia is a big hit!
