I bought this for my 2 year old niece as a Christmas present, and she adored it. According to my brother, she is a playground addict! So it was perfect for her. The pieces are also made slightly larger than regular Playmobil toys so they're easier to handle for the younger set. I was a bit surprised, but my niece had the dexterity to snap the pieces together (park bench, grass, flower). Then she played with it for a good 10 minutes, which for a 2-year old is like an hour or so. ;) Highly recommend if you have a little one who loves the playground or park.
My daughter specifically requested Bash for her birthday, and he's her nearly constant companion when she's at home. Thomas is definitely playing second fiddle these days. She's had him about a month, and he's standing up to the activity nicely. Only showing a bit of paint wear-down on the engine cab.
I bought the Skwish for a friend's baby shower--I liked the sounds of the balls clinking as they moved and the fact that the toy is squishable, not rigid. I also appreciated that it came in an unpainted version--no potential for chipping or wearing off. It seems like a durable toy that can serve a dual purpose as a teething object. The 10 month old at the shower gave the Skwish an impressive test drive despite being in the middle of his normal nap time. :)
"I love this game!"
