It is that easy!!! Upon receiving your purchase order it will be processed
and shipped within 24 hours.
What are payment terms?
All Growing Tree Toys purchase orders feature NET 30 day terms for payment. These Net 30 terms apply from the invoice date, which is the date the product(s)/order is shipped.
How do we receive our invoice?
A purchase order invoice will be sent separately from the shipped purchase order. All invoices will arrive via USPS mail, and they will be sent to the billing address listed on the purchase order account.
How can we receive a W9?
Simply send an email request to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will email you a copy of our W9 for your records.
Is There Sales Tax Charges?
We are required by law to charge a sales tax of 6% on all orders shipped within the state of Pennsylvania. If your order is shipped outside of Pennsylvania, you will not be charged sales tax on the order. If your order is being shipped to Pennsylvania and you are a tax exempt entity, please include your tax exempt information with your purchase order.
What payment methods do you accept?
Upon receiving your invoice, you may pay by check. If you would like to pay by credit card you can simply place your order on our site. NOTE: If you want to use credit card but need special pricing or quantities, please contact us prior to placing an order.
What if we want to place a bulk order or need a bid?
If you need to place a bulk order or would like a bid, please send the details of your order to email@example.com and we will let you know if your order qualifies for any discounts. Generally, discounts are only provided on orders of 24+ of an individual item.
How quickly are orders processed?
All orders will be processed within 24 hours of receipt.
How do we check inventory before placing an order?
Growing Tree Toys maintains real-time inventory on our website, so you can check stock levels by placing items in the shopping cart on growingtreetoys.com. If you can place an item in your cart it is in stock, but please note that may change based on how quickly you send Growing Tree Toys your purchcase order. If you send us an order and there are items on backorder we will notify you immediately.
Can we order out of stock items?
If you would like to place an order for an out of stock item, you may include it on your purchase order and we will ship it when it is back in stock. There are no guarantees on when items will be back in stock and if customer service anticipates a long delay we will contact you.
Who at Growing Tree Toys manages purchase order accounts and orders?
Growing Tree Toys maintains an internal Accounts Receivable Department to answer your questions, manage invoices, and process payments.

What are the late payment fees?
Growing Tree Toys does not charge interest for purchase orders under the standard terms of payment. But, Growing Tree Toys reserves the right to charge a 1.5% per month late payment fee for all payments that are not received within 30 days of the invoice date.
