If you are not satisfied with an item(s), Growing Tree Toys offers a 30-day, money-back guarantee on all purchases, excluding shipping and handling charges, providing the toy has not been played with and is in its original packaging.

How to Make a Return:

To make a return, follow the 3 easy return steps!

1. Click here to print an Easy Returns Form and complete Sections A, B and C.
2. Box up the new, unused toy (in its original packaging), along with the completed Easy Returns Form, in a mail-safe container.
3. Mail the package via a traceable method such as DHL, FedEx, UPS or USPS.

Upon receipt, Growing Tree Toys will process your return and contact you once your return is completed.

Returning a Gift:
Sometimes a gift recipient receives a duplicate gift or a toy that is not age appropriate, and Growing Tree Toys wants to make those returns easy! When completing Section C (Action Requested) of the Easy Returns Form, select “Send me a gift card.” Upon receipt of your return, Growing Tree Toys will issue the gift recipient a gift card in the amount of the returned merchandise. The gift card can be used to make a purchase on growingtreetoys.com.

Exchanging Items:
If you would like to exchange the item you received for another item you have seen on our site, you must first return the original item to us and request a gift card. When completing Section C (Action Requested) of the Easy Returns Form, select “Send me a gift card.” Upon receipt of your return, Growing Tree Toys will issue the gift recipient a gift card in the amount of the returned merchandise. Due to the quick turn of our inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges, as we do not want to create backorder situations for our customers.

Returning a Direct Ship Item:
If you would like to return a direct ship item just print an Easy Returns Form and follow the easy return steps.

Returning a Damaged or Defective Item:
If the item you received arrives damaged or does not operate correctly when used, please call us at 800-372-9982 or email us at orders@growingtreetoys.com with your Order # and details of the problem. If we are unable to fix the problem or provide replacement parts, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label via email for you to return the item to us for a replacement or a full refund.

Holiday Returns Extension:
Growing Tree Toys understands that customers have to buy holiday gifts early and hold onto them for weeks before they give them as gifts or have the opportunity to open them. For this reason, we offer an extended return policy during the holiday season. Any item purchased after November 1^st can be returned until January 31^st of the following year.
